The landmark of Malaysia

Just a short story to share with zi muis..

Yesterday, shortie and I encountered one unexplainable thing....

We were at Twin Tower Level 36 that time. In front of us, outside the glass door, we saw 3 persons waiting for lift and then going into the first lift (the lift nearest to the glass door). After FEW SECONDS, we went out the glass door and press for lift. The lift door straight opened and we went in without hesitation. The weird thing happen... It is the same lift that 3 persons went in just now, but there is NO ONE in the lift after few seconds time!!! Can u imagine the scary part here? haha... shortie tot she saw sth wrong, and i tot i saw the wrong lift. But our colleague who was with us also saw the 3 person just now.. hmm.... we cannot explain what was actually happening. We just guessed there is some magic function on the lift system. We know the lift is double decker, but it supposed not to function in this way. It should stop 1 at odd number floor and another 1 at even number floor, cannot be both at even number floor. Then my colleague come out with a theory that the lift may be move side by side, but... we dont have proof.

Then I was too bored this morning so I try to search some info on this. However, I cant find any clue on the lift system. But I get to know more about the history and facts of this Twin Tower, which I never realise before this.

The base was designed to represent Malaysia as an Islamic country, so at first it was designed by interlocking two squares. Then to maximise the usage of available space, the designers added in semi circle in between each corner. And now this is how the entire tower shape looks like.
